Sound installation developed to emphasize the sombre, subterranean character of St Edmund Hall Crypt, Oxford. Choreographing the movements of the audience was as important to the work as the spatial distribution of the sound introduced into the space. Visitors were guided through the courtyard and entered the dark crypt alone to listen to the piece.
